MONA will participate at the EdTech Congress Barcelona

‘Reimagining education and training in the age of artificial intelligence’

This is the theme of the new edition of EdTech Congress Barcelona, which will bring together the entire educational community on February 4 and 5, 2026, to address how AI is transforming education models. A meeting point for research, reflection, and educational practice.

The organising entity, EduTech Cluster, has announced a strategic alliance with Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) and Fira de Barcelona for the celebration of EdTech Congress Barcelona 2026, the largest in the country.

This collaboration aims to create a European platform for educational innovation, bringing together leaders from the pedagogical, technological, and business sectors to analyse how technology can transform teaching and learning processes.

MONAEduca Virtual, collaborator at the Hackathon

MONAEduca Virtual is an innovative educational proposal that brings the experience of Fundació MONA beyond our physical facilities. Thanks to live HD cameras, advanced audiovisual technology, and a team of expert educators, we offer real-time online environmental education classes to students all over the world.

The project was created with the intention of eliminating geographical, economic, or health barriers that prevent many children from accessing this type of transformative experience.

For this reason, we have been invited with the special purpose of analyzing educational inclusion and how technology can support it. We are very proud to be one of the four participating organizations and to share the hackathon with major institutions such as Fundació La Caixa – EduCaixa, Fundació Sant Joan de Déu and 3CAT.

And MONA is a new member of the Edutech Cluster
